Delete your data

Pupkin has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to. Everything can be removed from the app itself.

In the app

Open Pupkin and go to More → Delete my data, then confirm. This at once:

• takes you out of your family and removes your name from it;
• if you are the last person in the family, deletes the family's pups, photos, everything logged and the family code;
• deletes the anonymous identifier your phone used, and your settings and reminders on the phone.

Leaving a family (More → People and family code → Leave this family) works the same way but keeps your settings.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to clgmsedev@gmail.com with your family code and the name you used in the family. We delete the matching data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is not kept

Advertising and usage data handled by Google (AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics) is not linked to your family's log; Google keeps it for a limited time as described in the privacy policy. You can also reset your device's advertising identifier in your phone's settings.
